Schickedanz Capital Group is creating a new community of upscale “maintenance free” Townhomes on Mitchell Boulevard in New Port Richey, Florida, just north of the Pinellas/Pasco county line. This choice location has easy access to all of the area’s amenities. Sixty-one new homes will enjoy a gated entry, a community pool and boardwalk through the spectacular wooded preserve. All homes, with the exception of about 12, will  back onto the nature preserve.

Homes will be built  in two, three, four and six home clusters within individual villages for ultimate privacy and individuality. Floorplans range from 1,800 to 2,200 square feet (ac). Our floorplans feature

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, family room and eat-in kitchens, with larger plans having a den. The master bedroom suite is on the ground floor. Exterior maintenance, landscape maintenance and irrigation will be managed by the Homeowners Association for a monthly fee -  not yet determined.

Homes will be priced from $170,000 to $230,000.
